Essential offers a technical support service that is second to none.  

Our dedicated EAS support personnel are highly experienced and have knowledge that not only covers EAS, but the environment in which it operates.  We support customers across Europe and are targeted on response, quality & resolution.

Support Hours:
8am – 5.30pm GMT  - Monday – Friday
9am - 6.30pm CET   - Monday-Friday

24 hour support is available if required.

Our Standard EAS Consultancy Package is designed to get you off to a quick start.  You'll be amazed what we can achieve in a really short space of time.  Plus our emphasis is on empowering your own IT staff with hands-on training, advice, and a well-configured installation.
