Leading Law Firm Selects ZANTAZ EAS to Meet Law Society
Email Guidelines

Following a rigorous technical evaluation of competing email and content management solutions, and running an in-depth proof of concept with ZANTAZ partner Essential, Mills & Reeve chose to implement ZANTAZ EAS across 650 Microsoft Exchange users.

It is enabling Mills & Reeve to create an efficient, searchable archive of email messages and files that will help the company to mitigate risk, improve service levels and meet compliance obligations including those set out in the Law Society’s email guidelines.

Based on the results of their pilot, Mills & Reeve expect EAS, when fully deployed, to deliver a reduction in mailbox storage requirements of between 40 and 50 percent, reducing the risk presented by the ever-increasing size of Mills & Reeve’s email information stores.
