Announcing EAS 4.3

Essential will shortly be releasing EAS 4.3 to its UK and European Customers. This milestone release features excellent new functionality that will solidify ZANTAZ' leadership position as product pioneers in the area of active email archiving.

New Products Released

• EAS Software Developer's Kit (SDK)) and API that enables tailored integration with Records Management (RM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems. including Hummingbird, InterWoven, Meridio, and Wisdom.
• EAS Web Access (EWA), a new full-featured web client.
• EAS Dashboard, an excellent administrative tool that provides 'at a glance' information about EAS.

Product Enhancements

• Support for Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) which enables the centralised visibility and control of distributed network elements.
• EAS for Notes enhancements include Offline User Support and Stub Forwarding. This release also supports Notes version 7.
• EAS for Files enhancements include the addition of Offline User Support and Quota Based Archiving.
• EAS Discovery has several new features including Configurable Output Size, Restricted Output Directory, Preview Screen and Document Tagging.
• Certification for the IBM DR 550 compliant storage device.
